If you are coming to the ranch or the paddock for a trial lesson you must sign releases of liability.
Please print and sign both the LAEVC_release.pdf and the  paddock_release.pdf
and bring it with you.
Neither adults nor minors will be allowed to participate in a class without a release.

2021 REGISTRATION PACKET


Our 2021 Vaulting Season is just around the corner and all new and continuing vaulters must fill out the
New 2021 Registration Packet (below), fill in, print and sign all forms
and please turn it in along with the 
annual membership payment.
Please clarify with the coaches in which class/level the registering vaulter should be in for 2020.
